 It is chronic (lifelong disease) where in there is high blood sugar level.
This rise may be due to lack of insulin or resistance to insulin ,or both. In body, pancreas secrete hormone called insulin. Insulin move sugar or glucose to fat, liver or muscle tissues. There it is stored and used as supply of energy for entire body.
When the sugar in blood is not damaged down it to the energy and accumulates in blood, resulting in diabetic.


diabetes is mainly divided in two types:
1) Type 1 type two diabetes- It occurs due to very less or no insulin. It quickly shows symptoms therefore it is diagnoses early. day-to-day insulin injection is needed in this case. It is found in small children, teens.

2) Type 2 diabetic issues-  It occurs when there is resistance to insulin. The symptoms develop slowly and therefore it is not diagnosed early. It is found in adults. But now it is common in young and teens. The reason behind it may be excess weight problems. generally these men and women show no diabetic symptoms.


Diabetic symptoms:
In both types of all forms of diabetes blood sugar is increased therefore symptoms in both type of all forms of diabetes remains same.
1) Unquenchable thirst and frequent urination:
Sugar builds ups in blood stream. It pulls fluid from over all body. Therefore you feel thirsty. Therefore you drink lot of water. As you drink more water, you may urinate more regularly.
2) Extreme hunger:
Insulin cannot convert sugar in to the energy. Therefore the internal organs and muscles in bod2y become deprived of energy, making you hungry.
Although you eat your body tissue don't get energy, therefore you fell hungry even following eating.
3) fat loss:
Your body fat and tissues breakdown their energy supplys and finally they shrink and therefore pounds loss occurs.
4) Fatigue and weakness.
tissue are deprived of energy. It results in fatigue, tiring. You may feel irritated.
5) Blurred vision: It pools fluid from your all body tissue together with the eye lens e tissue which weakens your sight too.
6) apart from that you may feel tingling in feet- it happens due to regularly high blood sugar level in blood.
7) Nausea and vomiting.
8) Headache
9) Loss of consciousness.
10) microbe infections of skin, vagina and urinary tract.
11) Fruity smell of breath.
12) Dry or itchy skin.  Skin changes to Velvety dark color .These color changed found at neck, groin and armpit.

Diabetic symptoms in emergency:
1) Body shaking.
2) Confusion
3) fast breathing.
4) abdominal pain.
5) Loss of consciousness which is a rare sign.


following many years there are severe diabetic symptoms:
1) Nerve damage to eyes occurs and you may find problems in watching at night. Occasionally complete loss of sight occurs.
2) Serious infection to leg can occur. Leg and foot may need to be removed.
3) Pain and itchiness in other body components occur.
4) Blood pressure and cholesterol grow to bes difficult to manage.it may lead to stroke, heart attacks.
5) Nerve damage occurs over some part of body. Person may feel pain, loss of feel, tingling.
6) High blood pressure may lead to kidney damage.

It is really necessary to maintain right fat, diet, exercise and suitable medication. This may help to decrease complication which occurs in future.
